Job descriptionCash outpatient practice in Winston-Salem, NC hiring physical therapist/occupational therapist for full time/part time/PRN position. We are a small business that specializes in treating women for pelvic floor dysfunction, orthopedic issues, and oncology care.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and adjust individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support patients' goals and optimize outcomes.Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their plan of care.Provide compassionate care and maintain clear, effective communication to foster trust and understanding with patients.Adhere to legal, regulatory, and clinic-specific guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient care. Maintain a current and active professional license.Contribute to a clean, professional, and welcoming atmosphere within the clinic.Actively participate in onboarding, training, and mentorship programs to ensure familiarity with clinic operations, protocols, and standards.Participate in community outreach, wellness events, and patient education initiatives to support the clinic's mission and visibility.Assist in the creation of educational materials and marketing content to enhance patient awareness and engagement.The responsibilities listed above are examples of the duties required for this role and are not an exhaustive list.
