Arc Broward is seeking a dynamic Coordinator of Behavioral Services to lead and elevate our Adult Services programs with compassion, creativity, and clinical excellenceAbout Us: Arc Broward is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of people with developmental disabilities and other life challenges.Why Work at Arc Broward?We put the CARE in CAREER!We are a leader in developmental disabilities services.We offer a mission-driven, supportive, and innovative work environment.We value our team members and foster a people-first culture.We provide top-notch training through our Arc Educates program.We prioritize professional growth, recognition, and appreciation events.About the Role: Coordinator of Behavioral Services (BCBA)Ensure program compliance with agency and regulatory standards and procedures including, but not limited to, AHCA guidelines, Med Waiver Regulations and CARF StandardsObserve individuals, review data and progress and revise programs based on the individuals' performance.ensure consistency among Arc ADT and BARC/Arc Group Home programs and disciplines.Provide intensive training, supervision, and formal monitoring of program implementationEnsure program compliance with agency and regulatory standards and procedures.Meet the needs and maximize the billable hours for MW clients requiring ABA.
