Job ***** Entry-Level Behavior Therapist***** Orange, CaliforniaJob ***** Part-Time/Full-TimePay ***** $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)Reports ***** Clinical Supervisor/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Behavior Therapists. In this role, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in their home, school, or community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and help children achieve meaningful developmental milestones.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives.Key Responsibilities• Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy sessions as outlined in individualized treatment plans.• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and behavior intervention plans.• Collect and record data on client progress using designated tools/software.• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision with BCBAs.• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care.Minimum Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred).• Must be 18 years or older.• Experience working with children (paid or volunteer) is preferred.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.• Willingness to complete a background check and TB test as required by California law.Physical Requirements• Ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, kneel, and play at floor level with children for extended periods.• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Benefits (for eligible employees)• Competitive pay based on experience and education.• Paid training, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.• Opportunities for career growth and advancement.• Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.• Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees).• Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.Equal Opportunity EmploymentIGCN is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
