Role: Bilingual (English and Spanish) Psychologist who will provide direct services to children, adolescents, and families as well as supervision and training to doctoral psychology interns as part an APA-Accredited Internship Program (Momentous Institute's core values: respectfulness, stewardship, innovation, humility and commitment·        Provide assessment, psychotherapy (individual, family, and group) and consulting services to children, adolescents and families in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. Momentous Institute is committed to diversifying the way psychological services are provided. Therefore, some clinical interventions may be provided in the community in collaboration with organization partners·        Supervise the clinical and administrative work of psychology trainees, including supervision of both therapy and assessment. This includes supervision of services provided in Spanish. Supervision meetings may also take place in Spanish to assist trainees with the development of clinical language. ·        Attend planning and training meetings to contribute to the implementation and development of training programs at Momentous Institute·        Collaborating with training committee members and Momentous Institute staff as needed to support the development of trainees  ·        Provide training (in the community and internally) on topics relevant to the field of child/family psychology ·        Work in collaboration with Momentous School to support the needs of referred students, their families and teachers·        Participate in program evaluation efforts within the organization·        Maintain all paperwork requirements for both clinical and supervision servicesQualifications:·        Psychologist licensed or provisionally licensed in Texas. Post-doctoral fellowship must be completed (or scheduled to be completed by end of summer 2025) however, we will consider candidates who have not yet passed the EPPP national exam. If a candidate has not completed the exam, this must be completed and passed within the first 90 days of employment. ·        Minimum of three years of experience providing therapy·        Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required. ·        Preference for psychologists who have provided supervision to graduate trainees ·        Able to work with clients/colleagues of diverse backgrounds including ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, religion, etc.·        Experience assessing learning disabilities as well as social emotional functioning of children and adolescents is required.
