This role involves patient preparation, operating ultrasound equipment, recording diagnostic images, and providing technical support to radiologists. The technologist ensures high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.Key *Prepare and position patients for ultrasound exams, confirming identity and clinical history.Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure safety and functionality.Adjust imaging techniques based on patient condition and clinical needs to optimize image quality.Record, analyze, and present sonographic data to interpreting physicians.Provide preliminary observations and collaborate with radiologists for accurate diagnosis.Maintain cleanliness of the exam area and manage inventory of supplies.Educate and mentor new staff and assist with administrative duties such as scheduling and patient communication.Required *Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).Strong knowledge of ultrasound protocols and ACR guidelines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).Excellent communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.Education & ****High School diploma or equivalent.ARDMS certification is required.
