Clinical Services Manager - Healthcare Field Operations** Oakbrook, IL (** Onsite and Field-Based)** Local field travel requiredA healthcare organization in the Chicagoland area is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to oversee a team of clinical liaisons across multiple sites. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can balance strategic team oversight with direct support in the field.This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, a background in healthcare or patient-facing environments, and a proactive approach to staff development and operational excellence.Key *Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 field-based clinical liaisonsDevelop and implement a structured training and development program for clinical staffCollaborate with internal leadership, providers, and clinic teams to ensure quality care and consistent service deliveryManage scheduling and daily staffing logistics to ensure full clinic coverageProvide on-site support and coverage as needed to support team membersConduct performance management, coaching, and employee developmentPromote compliance with internal policies and healthcare standards*Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership rolePrevious experience in healthcare, clinical services, or medical practice management strongly preferredProven ability to manage multisite teams and coordinate field operationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis**Bonus and profit sharing programsHealth and dental insurancePaid time off and company holidaysRetirement/profit sharing planCollaborative and supportive work environmentIf you are a motivated leader with experience in healthcare operations and staff development, please reach out directly or submit your resume for consideration.
