Company DescriptionSPORTS PT LAB is an outpatient physical therapy practice located in Falls Church, Virginia. We focus on a highly active patient population of all ages and perform 1:1 care for sessions. Looking for a physical therapist to join our growing practice who embodies fitness and health, is positive and personable, and wants to provide the highest quality care for their patients. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Falls Church, VA. There is an option for part-time. There is growth potential within the position. Currently full-time is 35 hours of patient care per week, with 5 hours of administrative and documentation time built into the 40 hours.The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients physical conditions and devising personalized treatment plans and programming to achieve their medical and fitness goals. The physical therapist must be comfortable with weight training as well as performing various forms of manual therapy to enhance recovery and reduce pain. We provide running analysis and gait assessments on site with tools such as Runeasi and slow motion video capture. This can be trained, but ideally looking for someone with past experience treating runners or endurance athletes. Youre would be a great fit *****You have expertise in Physical Therapy You love working with a very active patient populationYou provide hands on care and multiple forms of manual therapyYou are comfortable with weights, creating a clear gym training plan, &/or manipulating their current training programsYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou possess empathy and compassion for your patients and their familiesYou hold a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programYou have Virginia State licensure as a Physical Therapist that is currentYou have Previous experience in a Sports Physical Therapy or Outpatient clinical settingYou have Certifications in Dry Needling
