Were seeking an experienced Wellness Director to lead our wellness offerings into their next phase of growth.Position OverviewThe Wellness Director will develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that enhance guest experiences while generating new revenue streams. This leader will create distinctive wellness experiences that set our property apart in the luxury hospitality market.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign innovative wellness and fitness programming for hotel guests, members and local clienteleOversee and grow our wellness membership programDevelop plans for wellness revenue growth through programs, partnerships, and eventsDevelop and implement strategic initiatives to drive new member acquisition and increase overall membership baseCreate a roadmap for expanding our wellness amenities and facilitiesManage daily operations of the members lounge, gym, recovery room, and class areasLiaise with operations team to create efficiencies and constantly improve the guest experienceDevelop our wellness hotel room program and retreat offeringsOversee Wellness Manager and Senior Membership ManagerCreate seasonal wellness programs and signature treatmentsBuild relationships with wellness brands and influencers for collaborationsMonitor financial performance and optimize revenueAnalize membership trends and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in offerings, pricing, and engagement.Develop marketing strategies to promote wellness offeringsStay current with emerging wellness trends and practicesSuggest content and experts to promote wellness on our channelsQualificationsBachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business, or relevant field; advanced degree or wellness certifications preferred5+ years experience in wellness or fitness management, preferably in luxury hospitality, longevity and optimizationProven success developing wellness programs that drive revenueExperience managing membership programs and growth strategiesAbility to create and execute expansion plans for wellness facilitiesStrong business acumen with budgeting and financial management skillsExcellent leadership abilities with team-building experienceKnowledge of current wellness trends and best practicesOutstanding communication skills for engaging with high-end clienteleEntrepreneurial mindset to identify new wellness opportunitiesHotel experience preferredCompany OverviewProper Hospitality is a diverse team of passionate individuals who share a common love for hotels and the art of hospitality.
