Must be able to balance calendars and emails of two high-profile executives with large teams, jurisdiction, and confidential matters. Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks for executives and department leadersSafeguards leaderships time and schedule by identifying their needs, prioritizing meetings, and resolving calendar conflicts. Manages meetings and organizes events including room scheduling, vendor liaison, organizing meeting and event materialsMonitors department budget and reconciles spending card accounts regularly in accordance to established policyMaintain department record as applicable.
