We've been industry leaders since 2005, committed to quality care, full-service support, and ongoing staff development.What You'll Do:Monitor neurological function during surgeries to help protect patients' nervous systems.Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical neurophysiologists.Set up and operate specialized monitoring equipment in the OR and ICU.Apply electrodes, record patient data, and recognize abnormal signals during procedures.Communicate with surgical teams in real-time and adjust monitoring as needed.Handle basic equipment troubleshooting and ensure everything is clean and ready.Participate in ongoing training and skill development.Occasionally assist with data collection, research, and mentoring junior staff.Training:Comprehensive training provided Requirements:Bachelor's degreeWillingness to travel (about 10%)Valid driver's licenseBLS or CPR certificationBenefits:401(k) with matchingHealth and dental insurancePaid time offThis is an in-person role.
