In this role, you will assist the Director of Clinical Services in helping ensure the highest quality of nursing care is provided to patients in a home health setting. The Regional DON will play a pivotal role in overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement and development of nursing policies and procedures.Major *Lead, Manage, Drive **** Provide leadership, mentorship, and management to current field staffClinical Quality and Compliance ***** Assist with the development and application of nursing services, objectives, and policies and procedures in accordance with Federal and State Home Health regulations.Patient and Employee ***** perform hands on care as needed including hybrid role of direct patient care, on-call rotation, and addressing complaints and resolving issuesClinical Patient Acquisition from Business ***** manage clinical operations and assist in onboarding of new patients, developing care plans, and comprehensive assessmentsInterdepartmental Collaboration, Partnership, and Team ***** Assist the Director of Clinical Services with the overall clinical direction and operation of the Colorado, New Mexico, Texas locationsRequirementsBachelor of Science in Nursing ***** Masters degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferredMust hold compact active Registered Nurse licenseMinimum 3-4 years of nursing experience required; at least 4 years of experience in home health, nursing leadership, or a related field strongly preferredCurrent BLS certificationStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards concerning home health services with Department of Labor a plusAdditional InformationThis position requires 25-35% regional travel between Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas marketsComprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401k, unlimited PTO benefits package included.We offer a compensation of $110,000-$130,000 base salary
