From thought leadership and media to demand generation and events, you'll shape how the world sees Statt "” and drive results that fuel our next phase of growth.ResponsibilitiesBrand & StrategyDefine a distinct, resonant brand identity for StattEnsure messaging consistency across every channel and assetDemand GenerationDesign and execute B2B marketing programs (web, SEO/SEM, email, social, events)Own the marketing funnel and optimize for qualified pipelineContent & Thought LeadershipCreate high-impact content "” white papers, op-eds, blog posts, panelsElevate Statt's voice in policy tech through earned and paid mediaMedia & CommunicationsBuild relationships with DC media and policy influencersLead press strategy, announcements, and PR executionCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate closely with product, sales, and customer successManage vendors, freelancers, and agencies as neededYou Bring5-10 years leading B2B marketing & comms in SaaS or gov/policy techDeep knowledge of the DC ecosystem and policy decision-makersTrack record of building brands and growing pipelineOutstanding writing, storytelling, and leadership skillsMarketing tech fluency (CRM, analytics, content, etc.)Startup ***** comfortable navigating ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, whether tactical or strategic.Pay range and compensation package - Competitive salary based on experience ($140,000 - $160,00) + performance bonus + equity.Statt is an equal opportunity employer.
