Let us handle the admin!Supportive team culture with access to clinical tools and resourcesOpportunities for growth and career development in a forward-thinking practiceBe part of a company that genuinely cares about the professional and personal well-being of its teamsKey Responsibilities:Clinical responsibilities include; treatment planning, supervision, and parent trainingManage a caseload of clients varying in ages, profiles, and payer requirementsLead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality servicesDesign individualized ABA programs to address clients' unique needs and goalsProvide timely, accurate, and clinically sound updates to client treatment plans in accordance with payer requirements and organizational guidelinesNavigate different cultural norms to foster teamwork, understanding, and productivity in multicultural settings.Conduct ongoing assessments (e.g., ABLLS, AFLS) and data analysis to optimize client outcomesTravel monthly for in-person supervision and clinical meetingsCreate a positive, supportive environment for staff and clientsQualifications:BCBA certification (in good standing)Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related fieldExperience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLSStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsCultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences. Navigate different cultural norms to foster teamwork, understanding, and productivity in multicultural settings.Work Environment, Physical ConditionsAbility to travel for extended periods of time.Ability to travel monthly to our service area and main office for in-person supervision and meetings.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.Ready to join a team that puts clients first and supports your professional growth?
