In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international air export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced export professional looking to grow with a reputable and fast-paced freight forwarding company.Key ****Coordinate and execute international air export shipments from booking through final delivery.Prepare and review export documentation including AWBs, HAWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists, and AES filings.Liaise with airlines, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and trucking companies to ensure timely movement of freight.Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and U.S. export regulations.Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to clients.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process.Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.Maintain accurate records in the transportation management system (TMS).Provide rate quotes and assist in pricing strategies when required.
