Mid-sized law firm located in the Financial District in San Francisco is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited **Providing assistance to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation casesManaging case-related tasks such as calendaring deadlines, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings and depositionsDrafting and preparing litigation documents with meticulous attention to detailEnsuring legal documents adhere to prescribed citation standardsConducting factual investigations and legal research as requiredPreparing for depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits and relevant materialsAssisting with case discovery, including document management and reviewHandling the filing and service of legal documents, both electronically and in hard copy formatQualifications and *Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in MS Word and familiarity with legal research databasesPrevious experience working with e-filing systems and knowledge of court rulesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyParalegal certification or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal supporting multiple attorneys and casesWillingness to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekendsProficiency in MS Outlook Suite and Adobe AcrobatAbility to maintain client confidentiality and follow guidelinesProactive attitude and ability to adapt to new programs and updatesProfessional demeanor and appearancePreferred ****· BA diploma in any field from an accredited institution· Some trial experience
