Job ***** Field Service Technician** Savannah, Georgia Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Starting at $30/hour, depending on experience (DOE)Job * We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues on a variety of arborist and compact equipment both in our shop and in the field. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently or alongside a team.Key *Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical system issues on industrial equipmentUtilize multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify problemsPerform general mechanical repairs, including engine troubleshootingWork both in-shop and off-site at customer locationsMaintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with supervisors and clientsProven experience in equipment diagnostics and repair (hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical)Proficiency with multimeter and standard service toolsStrong understanding of engines and mechanical systemsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust supply own toolsAbility to work independently in the field without supervisionPreferred ***Prior field service experienceFormal training or certification in automotive, diesel, or equipment repairExperience with machinery like Morbark brush chippers and stump grinders, Rayco stump cutters, Avant articulated loaders, Boxer mini skid steers, etc.
