We are seeking a highly organized, driven and creative Executive Assistant.Position OverviewThis position is perfect for someone just starting their career. The Executive Assistant at Sankhara will serve as a force multiplier for our Founder and Chief Treasure Hunter, combining operational excellence, creative storytelling, and strategic initiative execution. Youll help plan and document global treasure hunts for rare physical artifacts"”working closely with curators, collectors, and investors to produce world-class content that brings our mission to life. This is a unique role for someone with strong creative instincts, exceptional organizational discipline, and a passion for history, culture, and innovation.========Key ResponsibilitiesTreasure HuntsYou will develop an itinerary for our trips, including what rare book stores, art dealers, museums, etc. to visit.You will organize the logistics of completed treasure hunts to ensure safe delivery.Content CreationYou will create content related to the treasure hunts, which means you will be traveling nearly every other week, often internationally.You will plan, shoot and edit written, photographic and video content, as well as record and produce high-quality audio content.Content is private, for our investors only, but its important that you have experience creating content for social media. This is taking pictures/videos, light editing and production.Experiment with AI-driven video tools to enhance content quality and efficiency.Integrate music, sound design, and voice-over elements to elevate storytelling.========QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience required.Be a learner!
