Workers Compensation Paralegal

We seek a Workers Compensation Paralegal to join our clients team in Trenton, NJ. Role will be a hybrid schedule.The successful candidate will possess and be responsible for the **Have experience supporting Prelitigation and Litigation in the Workers Compensation arena.Provide administrative support to the lawyer to enhance law office effectiveness.Interact and contact existing clients daily.Manage a caseload of up to 80.Respond to incoming calls and voicemails daily.Assist in preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.The successful candidate will possess the following **High School Diploma, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent.Possess at least five years of working experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in the WC area of law.The salary range we expect to pay for this position is between $55-%70k depending on location and experience.
