Job ** Executive Assistant to C-Suite Ashburn, VAJob ** We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our executive C-suite. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large organization and be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software.Key *Create and manage presentations, decks, and prep materials for meetings with stakeholders.Synthesize information from various sources and present it in a usable format for the CEO.Coordinate with stakeholders across the company to gather necessary information and deliver it to executives.Maintain confidentiality and ensure a good cultural fit within the organization.Potential travel as needed.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a large organization (3000+ employees preferred).Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of confidentiality and discretion.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to navigate through the organization effectively.Familiarity with the companys culture and values.***Competitive salary.Bonus eligible.
