This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and is passionate about contributing to high-level litigation work.Key Responsibilities & *****·        Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously.·        Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys.·        Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings.·        Prepare and file Discovery responses.·        Pre-trial preparations.·        Prepare and file Discovery Responses.·     Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material.·        Contemporaneous accounting and submission of personal billable time.Candidate Requirements:2+ years' experience in Defense litigation is requiredBachelor's degree and/or Paralegal CertificateExperience in Toxic Torts or Mass Torts is a plus but not requiredStrong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environmentCapable of independent workExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to professionally communicate with a wide variety of individualsAbility to multi-taskSelf-motivatedProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookPreference to mid-level candidate with experience using legal systems such as Westlaw, File & Serve Xpress, PACER.
