The Customer Service / Sales Support Supervisor leads Account Coordinators who act as the single point of contact for sales agents processing client products/orders and business portfolios. The Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Manager, while also liaising with suppliers, customers, suppliers, employees and sales to best meet client needs. This is a great opportunity to work for a leader in the custom packaging industry with an amazing culture and a collaborative team!**Point of contact for Account Coordinator team, assist with questions and escalated issues Develop account coordinator backup plan for branch, provide backup support as neededOversee orders from inception to payment, in alignment with policy and proceduresEscalate any personnel concerns/issues to Regional Office ManagerAssist with onboarding of any office staffSupport implementation of any new corporate or divisional processes or initiativesEpicor training lead/liaison for branchManage all office billsAllocate warehouse/facility billingsReport hours for hourly employees to payrollAssist with standard and ad hoc reporting for managementHold regular meetings with the Account Coordinator team to ensure productive performanceResponsible for team building budgetsSupport Sales Agent business; performs all standard Account Coordinator responsibilities**Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred3 years of related experience, plus 2 years supervisory experience requiredExperience in a corporate sales and service environment preferredERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system experience requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools requiredExcellent communication skillsExperience working in a team environment with strong collaboration skillsOrganized, self-motivated and takes initiativeSubmit your resume today!
