Job SummaryThis role supports the sales, customer service, and installation department to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and a superior customer experience. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across various systems and teams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update all CRM systems; ensure accurate data entry and smooth functionality.Re-engage and follow up with leads provided by project managers.Send and submit contracts, credit card authorization forms, and financial documents to clients and accounting.Assist with claims by collecting customer information and entering it into the CRM, notifying managers accordingly.Attend all relevant meetings and training sessions to stay informed about products, procedures, and company updates.Perform general office duties, including keeping the workspace clean and organized.Answer phones, transfer calls, and take detailed messages.Greet and assist new and returning customers in person and by phone.Schedule and confirm estimates or showroom appointments for the sales team.Confirm installation dates with customers.Send post-installation care, review/ feedback, and warranty documentation to clients.Provide timely updates and communication to customers regarding service, installation, and claims.Work with the installations department to manage service emails, make or receive customer service calls, and communicate client updates.Coordinate across teams to ensure project and installation timelines are communicated and met.Support coworkers as needed, stepping in to assist during busy periods or in collaborative tasks.Assist with accounts receivable for specific customer accounts.Ensure all financial documents are processed and submitted properly to relevant departments.Develop and maintain a basic understanding of flooring products and services to better assist customers and support the team.With any self generated leads, and closing during follow ups, a bonus/commission will be given.QualificationsProven experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; bilingual abilities are a plus.Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and customer needs.Join us in delivering exceptional service and making a difference in our customers experiences!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20-24/hr (depending on experience)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
