The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong experience supporting litigation teams in fast-paced environments.Assist attorneys with case management from pre-litigation through trialPrepare, organize, and maintain trial and deposition exhibitsHandle state and federal court e-filing procedures accurately and efficientlyDraft legal documents, correspondence, and discoveryMaintain and organize case files and calendarsCoordinate with outside vendors, witnesses, and court personnel as needed***Paralegal Certificate requiredMinimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experienceProficient in e-filing in state and federal courtsSkilled in trial and deposition exhibit preparationStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting
