We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for our RESRG Automotive facility in Covington, GA.With a global footprint across four continents and a commitment to sustainability, RESRG Automotive specializes in advanced exterior and interior systems, offering cutting-edge technologies to meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry.The schedule is for 3rd ***** Monday through Friday, 10PM to 7AMWhat You Will Do In Your RoleAdhere to all state and federal OSHA codes and regulationsAdhere to all health, safety, and environmental rules and regulationsPerform planned and unplanned repairsPerform PMs on plant equipmentUtilize written and verbal communication skills to maintain proper communicationMaintain work orders in a CMMS (Maintenance connection)Spare parts inventory activityMaintain a clean and organized Maintenance areaAccept personal ownership of company, plant, and department goals for quality, productivity, and safety.Physical **Lift up to 50-75 lbs. on occasionAbility to work in fluctuating temperatures & perform work indoors/outdoors as neededFrequently required to stand and walk; use hands to finger fine manipulationSometimes required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sitSpecific vision ** close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusThe Experience You Will BringRequirementsA minimum of two (2) years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience troubleshooting Electrical/ Hydraulic/ and mechanical breakdownsExperience using a computer for record-keeping and documentationExperience reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical printsWilling and able to do the physical requirements listedWhat Will Put You *****Technical degree in a related field of study preferredExperience with injection molding strongly preferredWork EnvironmentThe Maintenance Technician will be required to wear hearing protection, eye protection and safety shoesThe facility is temperature controlled; the normal temperature is approximately 68F during the winter and 85F during the summerDaily work involves working with grease, oils and other manufacturing related chemicalsDaily work involves being in and around elevated temperatures and heat sources of up to 800FThis is an hourly role and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
