Executive Assistant

Client is looking for an Executive Assistant in the Richardson, TX area. This role will evolve and grow in to a chief of staff type of position and client is looking for someone who is early in career, hungry to grow and a go-getter mentality! Need to have supported senior executives prior, ideally for a global, technology company. You will be joining a large, fortune 100 company and supporting one of the senior VPs in their product engineering organization. You will primarily be tasked with supporting the VP's schedule, travel, calendar, and any related administrative tasks. You will also play a heavy hand in supporting the overall organization as well as other senior leaders that are part of the group. You will help plan team events, coordinate with vendors, plan luncheons and organize team building initiatives. You will provide support by partnering with facilities to ensure all team members have what they need from equipment/ office perspective. Additional tasks will include leading internal projects related to the organization, assist in budget planning and strategy, track related financials, and spearhead any other internal communications.
