Senior Estimator - Drywall Construction

With a focus on precision, integrity, and collaboration, we're looking to grow our estimating team with an experienced professional who shares our commitment to excellence.Position *We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Estimator specializing in drywall construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or multi-family drywall estimating, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You'll play a key role in the preconstruction process, contributing directly to the success of our projects and client relationships.Key *Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and related scopes.Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive take-offs and budgets.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients during the preconstruction phase.Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing; build and maintain strong vendor relationships.Participate in bid reviews and value engineering discussions.Track historical cost data and maintain databases to inform future estimates.Ensure estimates align with project goals, timelines, and margins.Support transition from preconstruction to operations with clear and complete handoffs.Minimum [5-10] years of experience in drywall or specialty construction estimating.Strong knowledge of drywall systems, assemblies, materials, and installation practices.Fluent in English and SpanishProficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Microsoft Office, On Screen, and Adobe.Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.Bachelors degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.What We **Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience with potential bonus.Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentSupportive and collaborative team environment*401(k)AD&D insuranceDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededApplication Question(s):How many years of experience do you have estimating Drywall projects?Ability to ***Hialeah, FL 33016 (Required)
