82415TSR is a premier National U.S. Staffing company with over 50 years of staffing excellence.Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Program/Vendor/Contract Manager.Top ***** Minimum 5 years of highly detailed vendor and/or contractor management experiencePrior experience working with VMS related systems with Beeline experience is requiredExperience in a highly matrixed, enterprise level organization***** remote***** $34-$48/hour W2*****Execute day-to-day operational tasks related to the engagement of contingent labor workforceEngage with business stakeholders and interface with direct sourcing team and vendors to support contingent labor needsEnsure workflow and documentation are executed - identify, track, and manage issues, risks, and action itemsGuide engagement teams and managers in the process of requisitioning contractorsCoordinate all contractor onboarding and offboarding with detailed and clear communication to managers, vendors, IT, and other internal departmentsEnsure compliance with policy and applicable laws and regulationsAbility to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization, especially top leadershipAbility to work well both independently and in a team environmentAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentialityDesire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
