Job ** Construction Manager (Utility-Scale Solar) Irvine, CA (Site Visits when needed)Position ** A dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced Construction Manager to support field execution of utility-scale solar projects. The successful candidate will lead on-site efforts, interface with subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensure safe and timely delivery of construction milestones. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, adaptable, and ready to contribute to large-scale energy infrastructure.Key *Lead daily construction operations, from mobilization to commissioningCoordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on-siteCommunicate with internal stakeholders and client representativesTroubleshoot field-level issues related to energized systems and data acquisition (DAS)Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standardsMonitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to reportingParticipate in permitting, inspections, and closeout activitiesSupport office-based project planning when site work is limitedRequired Skills & *2+ years of experience in utility-scale solar constructionFamiliarity with DAS systems and energized system troubleshootingStrong coordination and communication abilities with field and client teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to operate independently and shift between field and office environmentsExcellent organizational, reporting, and leadership skillsPreferred ****Experience in Service/O&M (Operations & Maintenance) is a strong plusPrevious involvement with contract-based delivery models with potential for full-time hireExperience working closely with engineering and owner-representative teamsBackground in renewable energy, electrical systems, or infrastructure-scale construction
