Corporate Paralegal

A National Retail Organization is looking to hire a Corporate Paralegal to support the growing business. The corporate paralegal will be working closely with the General Counsel, managing contracts and supporting litigation matters. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal to grow within an in-house legal department. **Monitor and evaluate EEOC, DOL, and litigation claims, recommending mitigation efforts.Assist with discovery, fact investigation, and maintaining evidence and records.Collaborate on cross-functional teams and manage contract lifecycle.Prepare presentations and project-based work, ensuring compliance with certification programs.Conduct witness interviews, file legal documents, and manage legal agreements.**B.A. and Paralegal Certification preferred.5+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate or law firm setting.Experience in complex litigation management.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.If you are interested in the Corporate Paralegal position, please do not hesitate to apply!
