Our dedicated staff is committed to offering compassionate and professional support to the community.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Austell, GA, for a Funeral Home Assistant. The assistant will perform a variety of tasks including greeting and assisting visitors, supporting funeral directors, coordinating services, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the funeral homes cleanliness and readiness. The role requires someone who can provide compassionate support to grieving families and handle the details of service arrangements with professionalism and sensitivity.QualificationsStrong listening and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to adapt easily to different situations and needsAble to lift up to 100 poundsExcellent organization skillsHigh level of professionalism and compassionAbility to work well under pressure and in emotionally charged environmentsPrior experience in the funeral industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
