Pride Health is hiring a Director of Clinical Reimbursement (RN) to support our client's medical facility based in Brooklyn, NY. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!We seek a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong MDS and clinical reimbursement experience to join a leading healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY as the Director of Clinical Reimbursement. This position offers an exciting contract-to-perm path for senior-level professionals passionate about driving operational and financial outcomes through quality care documentation and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage MDS departments at both SSI and RNHOptimize Medicare/Medicaid revenue while ensuring regulatory complianceChair triple-check meetings and oversee accurate coding and documentationAudit and monitor MDS submissions and managed care authorization processesEducate teams on PPS, RUGs, RAI guidelines, and reimbursement policy changesCollaborate in QAPI initiatives and report on reimbursement trends and denialsQualifications:Active RN license (NYS)RAC-CT certification (required)Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in long-term care, with at least 2 years in a reimbursement-focused roleProven supervisory or administrative experience in healthcareStrong knowledge of RAI Manual, QI indicators, MDS systems, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement processesBachelor's degree (required); Master's preferredAdditional Information:Location: Brooklyn, NYJob Type: 13 Weeks (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)Schedule: Days, Monday-FridayPay Range: $95/hour*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.Pride Health provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, company-paid life and long-term disability insurance, and optional supplemental life insurance for employees, spouses, and children.
