Our client, a family office real estate firm, is seeking a Property Manager and Operations professional to oversee the day-to-day functions of three residential building and few commercial spaces. The ideal candidate is tech savvy and has experience utilizing Appfolio, Clickup, Goggle Workspace, and Gemini. If you have an interest or background in real estate and enjoy working with a close-knit team, this could be a great opportunity to learn and grow within the space. ** 70-90k base range + bonus + benefits + 401k match Onsite Monday - Friday in Midtown office Core ** 8:30-4:30pm **** Track internal project progress, SOP updates, and key compliance or legal deadlinesPrepare reports, meeting summaries, and presentations for strategic planningServe as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and concernsManage move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnover inspections Proactively assess tenant satisfaction and propose solutions to recurring issuesManage leasing cycle from listing to screening and lease executionLog, prioritize, and dispatch maintenance requestsTrack rent payments, late fees, and security depositsMaintain organized records of all communications and transactionsOperate fluently in AppFolio, ClickUp, Google Workspace*****Bachelors degree 3+ years in NYC property management or operations NY Real Estate Salesperson License or Property Management CertificationFamiliarity with NYC compliance, leasing law, and DHCR rent regulationsPlease submit your resume for consideration!You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
