Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

Job *****The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility to ensure they are conducted efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on optimizing equipment performance and maintaining a safe work environment. Key responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance personnel, developing maintenance schedules, coordinating repair activities, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Requirements / Training and ExperienceBachelors degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment, with 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial equipmentProficiency in a reputable maintenance management system (CMMS) software e.g. Limble, Maximo, Fiix.Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Maintenance Manager, HVAC or PMP certification) are a plus.Proficient in capital project management and budgeting processes.Experience of automation, and PLC troubleshooting and programming a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proven experience with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
