Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead a high-performing team across multiple outlets, including:Upscale Restaurant Operations- Oversee the main dining room, bar, and private dining areas, ensuring a refined and seamless guest experience.Banquets & Special Events- Manage private and corporate functions in dedicated event spaces, delivering polished and memorable service.Room Service- Ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality in-room dining for hotel guests.This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments (200-300 covers) and understands the intricacies of both standalone restaurant and hotel-integrated F&B operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership- Direct daily food & beverage operations across all service areas, maintaining consistency in service quality and operational excellence.Team Development & Culture- Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate hospitality team. Build a culture of service, collaboration, and continuous growth.Service Standards & Guest Experience- Maintain elevated service standards that align with brand expectations, creating memorable dining moments for every guest.Financial Oversight- Support the GM with budgeting, labor and food cost control, and maximizing profitability through thoughtful planning and resource management.Event Execution- Coordinate with sales and culinary teams to execute flawless private events and banquets, from setup through breakdown.Vendor & Community Relations- Foster relationships with local farms, purveyors, and business partners to ensure quality sourcing and community engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with hotel departments and back-of-house leadership to ensure cohesive guest experiences across all touchpoints.Qualifications3+ years of F&B management experience, preferably in a full-service or luxury restaurant/hotel environmentProven ability to lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team in a high-volume settingSolid knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet execution, cost controls, and P&L managementExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong event experience and an understanding of in-room dining operations a plusFlexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidaysA passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating exceptional guest experiencesWhat We OfferCompetitive Base Salary: $85,000-$90,000 annuallyHealth & Wellness Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insuranceFinancial Security: 401(k) with 50% employer match on the first 6% (Roth and traditional options)Paid Time Off: PTO eligibility begins after 90 days; up to 4 weeks paid parental leaveWork-Life Balance: Flexible schedule expectations (50-55 hours per week average)Employee Perks: Dining discounts across multiple restaurant and hotel propertiesHousing Support: Access to a zero-interest home loan program for qualified team members
