Compounding TechnicianCharlotte, NC We are seeking a full-time Compounding Pharmacy Technician who is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about patient care. In this role, you will prepare customized medications while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.Responsibilities:Prepare non-sterile customized compounded medications (e.g., creams, capsules, suspensions, troches) Follow precise formulas and compounding procedures Operate and maintain compounding equipment and cleanroom standards Maintain accurate records and labeling according to USP 795 and 797 Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory of chemicals and supplies Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy laws and company policies Qualifications:***** Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with experience in a compounding pharmacy Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, formulations, and compounding techniques Familiarity with USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills
