DURATION: 12 months contractTHE ROLE:The Global OEM Marketing team is responsible for defining the strategy, priorities and marketing programs that support co-marketing efforts with OEM partners. The team works with stakeholders internally and externally, aligning to business priorities and building co-marketing strategy, elevating awareness, consideration, and demand of Consumer PCs powered by client. This role will be responsible for supporting Dell led marketing plans, sales enablement, pre-launch, launch and post launch readiness and key partner marketing deliverables with Dell.THE PERSON:The candidate will need to be prepared to jump in, take the lead and learn quickly, build relationship with Dell Alliance, Operations and Marketing teams and seek to understand the client business, technology, and processes. You are not afraid to ask questions, roll up your sleeves and have a keen eye for details. Clear communication is a quality and building trust with Dell and internal stakeholders is your approach. You deliver what you commit to and is strong in managing multiple projects at the same time. You like to problem solve, be accountable, and have a continuous improvement mindset. You thrive on being highly organized, responsible, and self-motived to meet challenging timelinesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the day to day engagement with Dell Alliance and Dell cross functional teams on marketing plans, operations and activationsDefine, develop and maintain processes for reviewing marketing plans alongside OEM leads for Commercial and Consumer, tracking the plans in alignment to segment priorities, funding guidelines and complianceSetup, negotiation and implementation of program operation processes in alignment with Dell's Operation Process Work with internal teams across OEM Marketing, Legal, Finance, Marketing Ops, Sales to drive over-all marketing partner efficiencyBudget tracking and Management: Manage and track OEM budgets, ensuring funding guidelines stipulated under the contract and terms are executed accordingly; create, update and track OEM funding tracker supporting the client OEM leadsPut together all Dell led sales enablement and marketing assets for both Commercial and Consumer for internal Amd roll out and amplificationTimeline Management: Define, create and maintain project timelines ensuring all tasks are completed on scheduleCommunication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management, addressing their concerns, and managing expectationsRisk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues as they ariseCreate strong links and relationships between across client cross functional teamsPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Self-motivated and prepared to jump in and leadPolished executive communication; ability to communicate optimally with all levels of the organization and dedication to meet customer satisfaction and AMD business objectivesA proven track record of keeping projects on scheduleStrong background in business planning, project management and marketing fundamentals (Budget and contract management experience)A strong and in depth understanding of OEM marketing and sales structure and their ways of operationsAbility to meet challenging timelinesContinuous improvement mindsetCreative problem solving and accountabilityAttention to detail, Sharp, responsible, and highly organizedAbility to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferredAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions () is global firm providing a wide-range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
