These marketing materials/deliverables are used by the client's customers and internal teams, to sell their homes. The deliverables and architectural marketing assets **** Printed Brochure Floor Plan Inserts, Community Specific Floor Plans, Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home Interactive Floor Plans, Exterior Renderings and Virtual Rendered Tours. Must have strong attention to detail and organization skills in order to prioritize projects, complete in a timely manner and ensure all details are accurate. Will need to communicate and collaborate with different internal teams. Will be responsible for placing orders for the production studio and ordering rendering tasks for the virtual team.
