That's where you come in.About the RoleWe're looking for a creative and collaborative Content Creator & Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and help shape the voice of Lifestyle Sports. You'll report directly to the Director of E-commerce and Marketing and play a key role in content development, digital storytelling, and brand growth across our website, email, and social media platforms.This isn't just a posting-and-commenting gig. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content "” someone who understands how to speak to athletes, workers, and everyday shoppers through clever, engaging, and informative digital media.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage engaging video, photo, and graphic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)Follow and contribute to a content calendar that aligns with our marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launchesWork closely with store team members to gather insights and product knowledge "” become the expert in what we sell and why it mattersBuild and grow our brand identity across platforms through consistent tone, visuals, and messagingContribute to the development of social ad campaigns and influencer collaborationsEdit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After EffectsDesign social graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or PhotoshopUse Meta Business Suite to schedule and optimize posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messagesTrack and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategyJoin weekly marketing meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm ideas and improve campaignsWhat We're Looking ForA portfolio showcasing original content work (graphics, social posts, videos, reels, etc.)1+ year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media managementExperience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of SEO and basic marketing analyticsExcellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skillsSome sports knowledge preferred "” bonus if you know the difference between a USSSA and BBCOR bat or why lacrosse players love a certain meshRetail or e-commerce experience is a big plusA self-starter with strong time management skills who thrives in a collaborative team environmentNo formal degree required "” we value skill, creativity, and hustle over diplomasWhy Join Us?At Lifestyle Sports, your content won't get lost in a sea of corporate red tape.
