We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Digital Influencer Manager to join our growing team.Position OverviewThe Social Media and Digital Influencer Manager will be responsible for managing and growing L-Nutra's digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (and emerging platforms as needed). This role will support the execution of our organic content strategy, manage editorial calendars, engage with and grow our online communities, and oversee key aspects of influencer partnerships and digital collaborations. The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands-on, data-driven, highly organized, and passionate about health, wellness, and science-backed innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage day-to-day operations for L-Nutra's social media profiles: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Develop, organize, and execute organic content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and educational initiatives.Partner closely with Communications and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaign rollouts.Create and schedule engaging, educational, and conversion-focused content in collaboration with designers and copywriters.Actively monitor channels for engagement opportunities, feedback, and community conversations.Editorial Calendar and Campaign PlanningMaintain an organized, forward-looking editorial calendar that balances thought leadership, product education, promotions, and digital activations.Collaborate across departments to integrate seasonal campaigns, webinars, and launches into social strategy.Influencer Management and Digital PartnershipsAssist with identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors who align with L-Nutra's mission.Support creative briefing, content approvals, scheduling, and performance tracking for influencer and partnership programs.Ensure all influencer collaborations meet brand standards and regulatory compliance.Community Engagement and GrowthBuild and foster strong online communities rooted in education, empowerment, and brand loyalty.Implement proactive engagement strategies, including thoughtful commenting, story interactions, and user-generated content promotion.Manage micro-communities across platforms with a focus on fasting, longevity, and metabolic health education.Analytics, Optimization, and ConversionTrack and report on platform-specific KPIs: growth, engagement, CTRs, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion.Monitor social listening tools and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.Deliver monthly reporting with actionable insights to inform social and influencer strategies.Work with Marketing teams to continually refine social content for performance (especially education-to-conversion flow).Key AttributesStrategic yet hands-onHighly organized and deadline-driven.Creative storyteller with an eye for digital trends.Strong analytical thinker who can derive insights from data.Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Passionate about health, science-backed wellness, and empowering communities.Team player with excellent communication skills.Tools and PlatformsSocial Media Management: Later, Planoly, Sprout Social, Hootsuite (experience with any or all is a plus)Analytics and Reporting: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Google AnalyticsInfluencer Management: AspireIQ, GRIN, or equivalent influencer CRM tool (preferred)Content Creation: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro a plus but not mandatory)Project Management: Airtable, Asana, Trello (organizational tools a plus)Email Marketing Coordination: Experience with platforms like Klaviyo or Hubspot is a plus (for collaboration on lead conversion). Social Listening: Brandwatch, Sprout Listening, or similar (experience a bonus).Qualifications3-5 years experience managing social media and/or influencer programs, ideally in health, wellness, longevity, or consumer health brands.Strong command of social platform best practices (organic and paid) and emerging trends.Deep experience with content planning, campaign execution, influencer collaboration, and community engagement.Excellent writing, editing, and content strategy skills with a strong editorial eye.Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and optimization capabilities.Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations (FTC/FDA) preferred.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.L-Nutra is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
