Job ***** Enter commercials in Wide Orbit upon receiving traffic instructions from various advertisers and applycopy accordingly, making any necessary revisions upon agency request. Assist in building, finessing anddownloading the daily broadcast log, making logical sense of sponsored promos and traditionalcommercials, while adhering to advertisers restrictions, including content sensitivity. Ensure allcommercials are numbered, with correct ISCI codes and copy rotations assigned. Work with advertisingagency traffic contacts, coordinating traffic instructions and spot delivery to B&T as needed. Maintaintraffic contact document. Ensure that sponsored promos are delivered in a timely manner from CreativeServices. Coordinate billboard production with CS, and schedule them on the log with traditional mediaaccordingly. Troubleshoot any on-air discrepancies with B&T in a timely and effective manner. Provide AdSales with pre or post logs or air times reporting when needed.*****Management Skills Leadership ability a must. Ability to be resourceful and juggle several projectssimultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be accommodating to last minute changes andrequests. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis onpaying attention to detail.Technical/Functional Competencies Problem-solving skills - ability to work through oversell situations andwork with software that sometimes has limitations. Ability to work with advertisers' restrictions, makinglogical sense of breaks while adhering to deal contracts. Analytical skills - ability to study inventory, build alogical flow on the daily broadcast log, anticipate sell outs and construct media plans.
