Associate Director, Digital Sales Enablement***** Hybrid - San Rafael, CA ***** Commercial Operations / Digital Enablement8-Month Assignment - High Potential to Extend or Convert to FTE***** $80-85/hour We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director, Digital Sales Enablement to lead the vision, execution, and management of our digital sales enablement tools and capabilities across global markets. This pivotal role will ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience by driving alignment among key stakeholders across Field Teams, Compliance, IT, Brand, and Veeva content teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and improve digital sales tools and processes.Work closely with internal teams and outside vendors.Simplify and align processes across regions for global consistency.Support and manage tools like Veeva CRM, Field Emails, and PromoMats.Use data to track performance and guide decisions.Promote digital tools to support sales and marketing efforts.Ensure global campaigns and digital assets meet standards and rules.Help onboard field teams and solve issues quickly.Create and lead training to boost tool usage.QualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.7+ years in digital sales tools, CRM, or operations, ideally in biotech/pharma.Experience with Veeva CRM, PromoMats, and Salesforce.Strong track record managing projects and vendors.Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.Pay range and compensation package***** $80-85/hour
