Our multidisciplinary team spans four core **** strategy, design, digital products, and digital marketing.We're looking for a Paid Media Intern to support our digital marketing team in executing and monitoring campaigns across paid search, display, and social channels. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing space while working alongside a team of experts in a fast-paced agency environment.Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist in setting up and monitoring paid search (Google/Bing), social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and display campaigns.Support campaign performance reviews by gathering and organizing data.Help analyze audience insights, keyword trends, and targeting strategies.Contribute to the creation and testing of ad copy and creative variations.Build and update basic reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and DashThis.Participate in team meetings and collaborate with Paid Media Managers on campaign strategy and performance updates.Interests & *****Strong interest in digital marketing, media, or advertisingBasic familiarity with Excel/Google SheetsComfort working with numbers and analyzing basic dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCharacteristics/Traits we are looking for:Eager to learn and take initiativeDetail-oriented and organizedCurious and analytical thinkerLives in the DFW area and can come to the office at least 2 days a weekWe offer a dynamic learning environment with mentorship, skill development, and exposure to real client work.
