Job ***** Assistant Manager, CRM Operations6 month CONTRACT opportunity 2 days hybrid onsite in NYC, 3 remote days Job **The Assistant Manager, CRM Operations will support the enablement and execution of CRM marketing efforts across email, SMS/MMS, in-browser messaging, and audience sync (e.g., Google, Meta) for 20 brands across the North America region. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enable new CRM capabilities, enhance the usage and maintenance of data, and support the flawless execution of campaigns by agencies and CRM strategist. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience with CRM platforms, strong operational skills, and proven ability to manage and execute complex, data-driven CRM projects & initiatives.Roles & *Act as a point of contact for third-party CRM vendors including Braze, Movable Ink, and email agency teams.Partner with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, CDP, and Analytics to deliver and scale CRM initiatives across brands, that drive acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).Collaborate with the NA CDP team to support segmentation and personalization strategies, manage roadmap of new capabilities, and assist with prioritization & communication with brand teams on tickets.Assist in the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards using tools like Looker to track CRM performance and inform campaign optimization.Coordinate enablement sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for brand teams on platforms and tools like Braze, Movable Ink, and CDP.Manage regional administrative tasks such as platform access permissions, invoicing, and budget tracking in coordination with Finance.Contribute to the development of CRM documentation and operational guides to streamline ways of working across cross-functional teams.Support the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, focusing on email, SMS/MMS, in-browser messaging, and audience sync channels.****4-6 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations, preferably within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment.Hands on experience with ESPs like Braze (preferred) or similar.Knowledge of lifecycle marketing best practices, customer segmentation strategies, and marketing automation tools.Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Power BI or Google Analytics is a plus.Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to lead and scale complex, multi-brand CRM operations with an eye for continuous improvement.Comfort navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of key CRM KPIs and how to translate into actionable insights.Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
