Job Title: Retail Brand Marketing ManagerClient Location: Beaverton, OR (hybrid)Starting: 05/21/2025Salary/Pay Rate: $36 to $40/hrFirm, non-negotiable: NoHours: Full-timeDuration: 7 MonthsWe're looking for an experienced retail brand marketing lead for Stores who can help us develop and drive retail brand marketing strategies for our key products across multiple retail concepts. We desire a creative, people-first teammate who will obsess over consumer insights, understand shopping behaviors (O2O) and journeys in store, and build unbelievable product and innovation stories and experiences to drive demand and impact across the marketplace. This individual will immerse themselves in the business and constantly be looking for opportunities to evolve and improve the way we tell our product stories in store, all to connect with consumers, deliver experiential experiences, and drive sales. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, positive, and collaborative team environment. This person will collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market retail marketing strategies to influence our consumers at all points in the store.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?You will work closely with the North America Brand Marketing team, Store Merchants and the Visual Merchandising & Styling team, and Store business partners to align on key seasonal and 365 product stories for the geo. You will be responsible for understanding both the art and science of marketing; obsessing over the business, consumer insights, and the creative ways we tell our product stories in-store. As the retail brand marketing expert, you will partner closely with the concept marketing teams to assist in building the holistic seasonal store brand plan across concepts and ensure that the product stories are properly represented. You will partner with Global, Geo, and City retail marketing teams to set, adopt, and enrich seasonal Retail Brand strategies that define the vision for product presentation, communication, and consumer experience in North America. You will also work closely with the Retail Design team to build the vision for how the product storytelling and experiences come to life in store. You will obsess how the in-store digital experience enhances the consumer experience by working closely with the digital brand counterpart and app experts.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?If this is you, you will report directly to the Retail Brand Director. You will be part of a team that collaborates daily with the Stores Concept teams, Visual Merchandising & Styling, Stores Merchants, Retail Brand Design, Brand Marketing, Digital Brand teams, Global teams and City/Territory teams all to tell amazing stories, deliver impactful experiences and increase awareness and sales in the marketplace.WHAT WILL YOU BRING?5+ years of retail brand experience (building and implementing strategies)Small-Large Fleet, vertical retail experienceA strong understanding of the sport consumer, shopping behaviors, retail journeys and retail trendsA passion for product and storytellingA dedication to details and creative mindsetA track record of implementing a test and learn offenseA passion for business and data, and how those inform plansThe ability to fail forwardExceptional written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skillsPro-active problem solver, with an ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolutionAn impeccable ability for balancing creativity with business needs, inspired by the "now and next" and keeping the consumer at the center of the work.Able to work as part of a matrix, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards a common goalCan-do demeanor with shown ability of adapting to change in business needs or direction.A passion for the Athlete, Sport and Culture along with a sense of humor and modesty - ensuring team success, while having fun.Ability to travel 20% when safeThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
