This expert is responsible for overseeing the entire production schedule, managing workflow, and ensuring that every stage of the manufacturing process is executed according to plan. This person will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries."¯This position plays a key role in optimizing supply chain processes and maintaining efficient operations. By leveraging their extensive knowledge of production systems, inventory management, and quality control, they play a crucial role in meeting our company's operational goals. Responsibilities & DutiesProcess incoming customer orders covering every step of inhouse productionDevelop and implement production schedules to meet customer demandsMonitor production processes, adjust schedules as needed and correct order confirmationCoordinate with department heads to ensure efficient workflowManage inventory levels to prevent production delaysTrack production metrics and generate performance reportsIdentify and resolve production issues promptlyCollaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of materialsManage inventory database & monitor supply chain and shipmentsLocal procurement for customer projectsEngage in regular communication with clientsRespond and follow up with all inquiries for vendors and customers related to purchase ordersOptimize resource allocation and labor utilizationMaintain accurate production records and documentationConduct regular inspections and audits of production processesReach define production KPIs targetsRequirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management preferredStrong knowledge of production processes and operationsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsHands on experience with SAPBenefitsCompetitive salary Health insuranceRetirement savings plan with company matchOpportunities for professional development and career growth
