We are looking for someone who is wanting to join our team and grow with us.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Driver / Warehouse Associate (CDL not required) at Rubber Supply Company in Fort Worth, TX. The Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading company products from delivery trucks and transporting them to and from designated locations in a timely and safe manner. Additionally, Driver / Warehouse Associates are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.Physical Demands/Work Environment/Travel RequirementsPhysical ***** You will be expected to assist in the prepping of rubber tracks and other parts for delivery or customer pick up. The loading and unloading of trucks with a forklift. There could be some minimal lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. This also includes helping keep the warehouse clean with the rest of the team.Work ***** The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. All work when not delivering is in an open warehouse environment.Travel ***** Some days there could be one delivery, other days you could be driving all day long. We deliver up to 2 hours away, which would be a 4 hour trip there and back. Most deliveries are in town and quick.QualificationsValid drivers license and a clean driving recordPrevious experience driving delivery trucks or box trucksKnowledge of warehouse safety regulations and proceduresExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment and lift up to 50 lbsHigh school diploma or equivalentForklift experience preferred*****Compensation is dependent upon pervious work experience.
