Our firm is seeking a Bilingual Estate Planning Legal Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to our Estate Planning team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client communication via phone and email, and excels at keeping legal processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Key ***** Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling phone and email communications with professionalism and care. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate client follow-ups. Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare and process legal documents for attorney review and execution. Assist with data entry, document management, and case tracking. Provide general administrative support to the estate planning team, including scanning, filing, and correspondence preparation. What We're Looking ***** Prior experience in a legal support role, preferably in estate planning or a related field. Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach. Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software (experience with Wealth Counsel a plus! A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
