The individual must have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Scheduler & Outlook; and a solid history with time management,In this role, the Administrative Assistant will support our security operations in the region by providing logistic and administrative support. They're responsible for data entry, billing, and payroll duties. Must be extremely organized, flexible, and enjoy supporting a growing organization in an administrative role. In addition, the ideal applicant will have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, with expertise in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with billing software. Superior verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important. The company requires and provides a physical screening/exam.Core ResponsibilitiesFiling, organizing and other administrative tasksHanding confidential and sensitive employee informationPlacing and tracking uniform orders for security staffReplenish and track security staff equipmentData entry, billing, payroll, and other clerical dutiesAssist Support Services Department with general administrative and clerical supportPerform other administrative duties as neededMinimum Qualifications at EntryHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of customer service experienceMinimum 2 years of administrative assistant/specialist/clerical experienceData entry, billing & payroll experienceMicrosoft Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etcStrong organizational and time management skillsExceptional verbal communication & written communication skillsStrong attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a healthcare administration or healthcare clerical setting (hospitals, health clinics, medical offices, etc)Experience providing support for Hospital Security Staff
