As we scale, we're seeking a driven Product Manager to sharpen our roadmap and prioritize high-impact opportunities in incident identification and response and related domains.  Role OverviewAs Product Manager for Incident Response & Deep Learning, you will:Own the vision and execution of DeepTempo's IR product suite, from ideation through launch and iterationTranslate customer pain points"”across SOCs, MSSPs, and enterprise IR teams"”into prioritized features and success metricsDefine go-to-market strategies in coordination with marketing, sales, and partnershipsDrive customer discovery, alpha/beta programs, and feedback loops to prioritize developmentAssist in explaining the value of our solutions to partners, analysts, and end usersKey ResponsibilitiesRoadmap & Strategy: Craft and maintain a multi-year roadmap for IR features powered by AI, balancing short-term wins with long-term visionCustomer Engagement: Lead discovery sessions, user interviews, and usability studies with SOC analysts, IR consultants, and DevSecOps teamsCross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across R&D, engineering, data science, and UX to deliver high-quality releases on timeMetrics & Analysis: Define KPIs (e.g., MTTD and MTTR reduction, false-positive rates, model drift) and use data to inform product decisionsMarket Intelligence: Monitor emerging IR workflows, AI/ML trends, and competitive offerings to inform differentiationGo-To-Market: Partner with marketing and sales to develop positioning, collateral, and launch plans; support pilot conversions and customer successMinimum QualificationsSecurity Expertise: ≥3 years hands-on experience in incident response, SOC operations, or IR tooling at an enterprise or MSSPProduct Management: Proven track record of 3+ years as a PM (or equivalent) shipping security or AI-driven productsTechnical Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical fieldStartup Experience: Prior role at an early-stage startup, comfortable with rapid iteration, ambiguity, and wearing multiple hatsCommunication & Drive: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a bias for action and a passion for solving hard problemsPreferred QualificationsExperience integrating products with SIEM, EDR, or SOAR platforms National security experienceFamiliarity with cloud-native IR use cases (e.g., VPC Flow Logs, container security)Exposure to deep learning, federated learning, or active learning systemsWhat We ValueCuriosity: You ask the hard questions, dig into root causes, and relentlessly seek better solutionsCollaboration: You thrive in cross-functional teams and elevate teammates through clear communicationOwnership: You treat the business as your own, seeing projects through and iterating until they succeedAdaptability: You excel in a fast-moving environment, pivoting priorities as market and customer needs evolveWe are increasing in value rapidly - and offer attractive equity packages.
