Supply Chain Customer Experience Specialist ** Fort Worth, TX Work * Onsite * Monday to Friday, 11AM-7PM CSTAbout The RoleOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Customer Experience Specialist to join our ITTS (Inventory Trouble Ticket System) Investigation team. In this critical role, youll help prevent negative customer experiences by resolving carrier shipping issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Supply Chain Customer Experience Specialist Responsibilities Investigate and resolve an average of 80 tickets daily related to carrier shipping, fraud, warehouse, or systemic issues Work collaboratively with 3rd party warehouses, carriers, and internal Supply Chain and IT partners Meet daily service level commitments while maintaining high accuracy standards Identify fraudulent claims, carrier-related issues, and 3PL issues that impact customer experience Support Supply Chain operations through detailed investigation and resolution of inventory problems Analyze patterns to prevent negative customer experiences and minimize impactSupply Chain Customer Experience Specialist QualificationsRequired * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience working in team environments and fostering engagement to achieve team goals Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently in a dynamic environment Proven ability to organize conflicting priorities and optimize customer-focused solutions Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Slack, and Point of Sale systemsPreferred **** Strong analytical and technical skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to investigate and make decisions without direct supervision Experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service environmentsAdditional InformationThe Supply Chain Customer Experience Specialist role operates from our Fort Worth office during evening hours (11AM-7PM CST).
